for damage to the hotel committed by their official
team members or by those observers and guests who

we request that you conduct yourselves accordingly.
Please be considerate of other hotel guests. Do
not run or talk loudly in the hallways. |

Be aware of personal
Safety and Security. Keep your guest room
doors locked at all times.
If someone knocks on your door, do not open the
door until you have asked who it is and have verified
that you know the person.
If the person who knocks indicates that he or she
is from the hotel and you have not requested service,
call the front desk to confirm the name of the individual
and nature of the contact. |

and Emergency Exits are located for your room
on your floor of the hotel. |

No incidental charges
will be permitted in student rooms. Teacher coach
approval is required. |
